Kia Earned Highest JD Power Customer Satisfaction Scores in Company History

Kia made dramatic improvements in the recently released J.D. Power and Associates 2011 Customer Service Index (CSI) Study and earned the highest scores in the company’s history

Kia is the number one ranked Asian mass-market brand, surpassing Honda, Toyota, Nissan  and Hyundai.  Also, Kia moved up eight positions in the CSI ranking and placed 5th among the 21 mass-market brands. The company also improved 28 points over last year, and its 60-point improvement over the last two years is the greatest improvement of any brand over that time period.
